Consciousness cannot be forced.

There are moments in life,
in which a quiet premonition emerges,
that visible existence is not everything.
A hunch
that behind thoughts, emotions and the movements of everyday life
But something deeper lies dormant.
Perhaps it begins right there.
the actual inner journey
.
Not as a search for a better version of humanity,
not as a spiritual endeavor,
but as a slow opening of consciousness itself.
Because consciousness cannot be forced.
It opens voluntarily.
And perhaps this is where a great misunderstanding of many spiritual paths lies:
that attempts are being made to achieve,
which can only be shown through openness.
Life itself becomes the teacher.
Every moment,
every encounter,
each repetition
It contains the possibility,
to make something visible
that was previously unconscious.
Sri Aurobindo once said something to the effect of:
Things repeat themselves for so long,
until they are permeated by consciousness.
And perhaps development happens precisely in this way.
Not through fighting against oneself,
but through increasing light
in one's own experience.
What was unconscious,
It is slowly beginning to be recognized.
What was hidden,
emerges.
And this shows that
that man is not a finished being.
Sri Aurobindo spoke of man as a transitional being —
a being,
which can unfold into different spaces of consciousness.
Surface awareness,
with his thoughts, reactions and habits,
This is only one level.
Below and above
More rooms open up:
physical consciousness,
vital consciousness,
mental consciousness,
the psychic consciousness.
Each of these levels
It carries within it its own way of being.
Physical consciousness
It knows habit, physicality, and material perception.
Vital consciousness
It moves through emotions, desires, dynamics and energy.
Mental awareness
organizes, analyzes, and thinks.
And behind all these levels
The spiritual essence lies there.
Still.
Untouched.
Turned towards the divine.
The soul does not need to force truth.
She recognizes them.
She doesn't have to create love.
She remembers her.
And when this spiritual awareness begins,
to take up more space in life,
Everything about existence is slowly changing.
Thinking changes.
Feelings change.
Actions change.
Not by coercion,
but through awareness.
Perhaps that is the true meaning of inner development:
Not becoming someone else,
but increasingly recognize
which is already present deep within.
The world then appears different.
Not as an illusion,
not as a mistake
not as something to be escaped from.
But as a space of consciousness.
As a living expression of existence.
Even in the density,
even in the unconscious,
even in difficulties and repetitions
Something bigger might be hidden there.
And perhaps sometimes all it takes is one thing:
to pause.
To listen.
To become quiet enough,
to perceive,
that consciousness has already begun,
to open up to oneself.
No pressure.
Without obligation.
Without spiritual harshness.
Only through silent readiness,
to follow one's inner calling.
And perhaps it begins right there.
a new form of life.
Not separate from the human,
but permeated by greater awareness,
more truthfulness
and a deeper love for being.
